"Delight thyself also in the Lord
and He shall give thee the desires of
thine heart." (Psalm 37:4). This is truly the testimony of Delivered, a
group of young people who are fulfilling their calling of ministering
through Southern Gospel Music. The original group of 3 teens (sisters Loren
and Holly Brown and Steven Khachigan) began singing together as "Delivered"
in December 2000; they were joined in January 2002 by Glen and Traci Green.
God has since richly blessed them with numerous opportunities to share the
gospel of Jesus Christ, their main focus. Their youthfulness, sincerity and
commitment to their calling is an encouragement to people of all ages.
Recently there have been some new turns for Delivered as a group. With Holly
and Steven deciding to go their separate ways, Delivered has found two new
faces. Just recently we have been joined by Shelly Monroe and our new
pianist Philip Turner. We are looking forward to seeing what God has in
store for us in the upcoming years.
